Next Steps

What To Do Now

1

Check the product name, lot code and expiration date against the recall list, and stop using the product if it matches

2

Ask your doctor whether stool testing is appropriate and mention the moringa supplement. A laboratory result can document the infection, while product, purchase and public-health records help establish an outbreak link

3

Photograph the label and lot code, then keep the packaging and your order confirmation

4

For a Live It Up refund email recall@artofenso.com, for a Why Not Natural refund email care@whynotnatural.com, and for a TNVitamins or Doctor's Pride refund email customerservice@tnvitamins.com, with your name, order number and a photo of the lot code

Superfoods, Inc. recalled Live It Up Super Greens Original and Wild Berry powders in both pouches and stick packs. Affected lot codes begin with "A" on pouches and "3" on stick packs, with expiration dates from August 2026 through January 2028. FDA's traceback found a common manufacturer for Live It Up and recalled Why Not Natural capsules. TNVitamins and Doctor's Pride products were added through separate recall actions during the investigation. The June 26 TNVitamins capsule and powder recall involved ingredient samples that tested positive for Salmonella but did not match an outbreak strain, and no illnesses were attributed to those products.
