People normally begin displaying symptoms of Hepatitis A 15 to 50 day’s post-exposure of food or beverage containing the HAV virus. According to a national Hepatitis A Lawyer, Ron Simon, the infection can cause inflammation to the liver, which is vital for removing harmful chemicals from the body, storing energy, fighting infection, and storing vitamins and nutrients.
